The new deal was carefully negotiated with all the feedback received from your focal points and organizers. So a great big thank you to the network of volunteers that ensure our favourite event‘s continued success year on year!

How can we get invitation letters to support our visa applications? Embassy appointments here are also very tight, the earlier, the better.

I have sent 2 emails requesting the invitation letter for my dependent in Abidjan Ivory Coast in vain.
The committee needs to be very proactive as the embassy appointments dates are very tight and jeopardize participation of supporters and participants.
Before the Games were in May. Now it is in October. Therefore the timing of your information is fine. Congratulations in trying to make the best deals
