Terms and Conditions

• Reservation requests must be sent by email to iag [at] o-sports [dot] pt
• Provide your IAG database ID
• Payment will be accepted by credit card or bank transfer
• Bookings will be confirmed only upon payment is received
• Failing to transfer the amounts until the deadlines will result in booking requests being automatically cancelled

Hotel cancelation policies

• Up to 45 days before the arrival –no penalty fees (transfer taxesmightapply);
• Between 44 and 30 days before the arrival –50% of the total amount.
• Less than 29 daysbeforearrival-100% of the amount will be charged.
• The cancellation conditions may be altered by mutual agreement between O-Sports and the Client.
• The cancellation conditions may be altered depending on the specific terms presented by each hotel.
