Optional Practice rounds can be booked any days before 24 October. It is not permissible to play the course before the competition on competition days (R&A Rule 5.2b)

I filled up the form to play a practice round on the 23rd with 2 other players but until now I haven’t got any response. Please advice so I can just book it directly on their website.
Who is the focal point for golf from the organizers? Nairobi Golf team would like to know if there are arrangements for a practice round and what are the dates for the actual competition.
