HOW TO GET YOUR IAG 2025 ACCREDITATION BADGE ?
Accreditation badges and welcome packages can be retrieved as follows:

You must present your UN badge/UNLP or passport/ID card to collect your badge and package.
Please note that all badges are already printed, if you didn’t provide a correct photo, please note that your passport will be needed to access all the venues (with your badge)
On the first day, Wednesday 14 May 2025, everything will happen at the same location (the Couvent des Jacobins) to facilitate your arrival:
- Collection of accreditation badges and packages from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
- First meeting of the Control Commission at 2:30 pm
- Captains’ meeting at 4:00 pm Only one Captain or Deputy will be allowed per discipline
- Second meeting of the Control Commission at 5:30 pm
- Opening ceremony from 6:30 to 9:30 pm
Kindly note that for logistical purposes, we are kindly asking those who will retrieve their welcome package during the day to leave them at their accommodation before coming to the Opening Ceremony.
For those going directly in the evening to the Couvent des Jacobins for the Opening Ceremony, you can collect your badge at the entrance, and your welcome package will be handed out at the exit (a ticket will be provided).
