REGISTRATION INFORMATION
IAG PACKAGE AND HOTEL INFORMATION
All participants and supporters must register for the Games exclusively via their Organization. No direct registration will be accepted or considered. Please find the IAG Focal Point for your organization on the 2015 Inter-Agency Games website.
Reception of participants and the Secretariat during the Games will be at the Hotel Caribe which is where most participants will be staying and is close to many of the sports installations and the Opening Ceremony. We will also have an Information Desk at the Hotel Caribe throughout the duration of the Games.
The Registration cost is EUR 410 per person for a double or twin room and EUR 500 for a single room. This includes: 4 nights in the hotel with breakfast
There will be no cost for children under the age of 4 years old, and Euros 200 for children aged 5 to 12 years on the basis of an extra bed in the parents' room. We should be grateful if you would confirm the participation of your Organization in the various sports by 10 February 2015. |
Additional Night
Additional nights before or after the dates of the 42nd UNIAG are at EUR 63 per person for double rooms with breakfast only and at EUR 81 per person for single rooms with breakfast only. Extra nights will have to be indicated in the registration database and paid by the participants/supporters directly to the hotel.
Terms and conditions of Reservations
To ensure the reservations of your participants please transfer 50% of the total amount due before Monday, 23 February 2015. The balance should be paid before Friday, 27 March 2015. The Bank Account details will be provided to all focal points by email.
The registration deadline is Tuesday, 24 March 2015. The registration database will be closed after this date. Deadline for payment is set at Tuesday 31 March 2015. Nevertheless, we encourage all focal points to transfer the fund as early as possible.
Please ensure that all participants have the necessary visas for entry into Spain and we would like to remind you that all participants must bring an identity card issued by their Organization. Please also remember to draw up, in line with Article 13 of the General Rules,
A list of participants certified by your Personnel Department, which will be checked by the Control Committee before the beginning of the competitions. Any team that does not meet all criteria will forfeit their turns and will not be allowed to take part in any competition until their situation has been rectified.
Cancellation:
Full reimbursement of the IAG package cost will be possible for cancellations up to Wednesday, 1 April 2015. We reserve the right to assess refunds for cancellations after that date on a case-by-case basis.
Organizational matters:
The first Control Commission is scheduled on Wednesday, 29 April 2015 at 15h30 in Hotel Caribe. The Captains’ meeting is scheduled on 29 April at 17h30 in the Hotel Caribe. The opening ceremony with welcome cocktail will start on Wednesday, 29 April at 20h30.
Golf practical issues:
Golf participants will have to contribute one day of green fees for the two competition days, EUR 55, to be paid directly to the Golf Club on the first day of competition. The Organizing committee will pay the second day of the green fees. The optional practice round will be at the cost of the participant. We remind you that only Golfers with certified handicap not exceeding 24 for men and 28 for women are authorized to play (IAG rules for Golf). Players must bring their official golf card with them to justify their handicap.
